Class Details
This 30-minute Gentle Yoga practice includes a daily affirmation to start your day positively and upliftingly – mindful movement and meditation. This live-streaming class takes place every Tuesday at 9:00 am PST on Zoom. This practice includes seated meditation on your mat or in a chair and yoga standing independently or using a chair for support. Sitting and lying on your yoga mat is not required. All levels are welcome. Gentle yoga is suitable for most people. Participants must be aware of their capabilities to participate safely. If you need more clarification, please consult your doctor. Each class is a separate registration. You will receive instructions, and the confirmation email will include a Zoom link for joining. Recommended: yoga mat, one yoga blanket or beach towel or small blanket, two yoga blocks or two think books, and a sturdy chair.
